Our purpose
Why does Engage2Action exist?
Too often, learning about the world of work feels out of reach for the students who could benefit from it most. Teachers want enrichment activities, but tight timetables, limited budgets, and lack of access to business partners can make it hard to deliver.
That’s where we come in.
We bridge the gap between schools and the world beyond the classroom — making it easy for teachers to offer real-world learning, and easy for businesses to give back in a meaningful way.
All of our sessions are designed to:
Support PSHE, careers, and national curriculum objectives
Fit seamlessly into the school day with minimal teacher workload
Develop practical, transferable skills like teamwork, communication and problem-solving
Inspire curiosity, confidence and ambition in every pupil
Who We Work With
We’ve proudly partnered with schools like Wood End Primary, Middleton Primary, and Orchard Academy, and delivered sessions as part of wider initiatives like MK Innovates and the STEM Festival.
Our network of local businesses, educators and community supporters is growing — and we’re always looking for new collaborators to bring learning to life.

Our vision for the future of early development
We’re currently developing an Employability Passport App to help young people track their achievements and skill-building across school and extracurricular experiences.
We want every child to leave school with a strong sense of their potential — and the confidence, tools, and stories to back it up.
